Now get your account transaction details through mobile phone
CSB has introduced another value added system generated service to our customers viz. an Interactive SMS facility christened ‘CSB Anytime SMS’. With this facility the information regarding the customer’s account will be readily available at any time. The facility will be accessible round the clock on all the days including holidays to those customers who have been registered under this service. This service will be available in all ATM linked branches
as an enhancement of 'CSB…Info Support'(E-Mail alert) facility.
The customers registered for the scheme, subject to conditions, can have the details such as balance in the account , details of latest three transactions , account statement by email by sending SMS to a designated mobile number:
