CSB Retail Net Banking New Registration

1. Go to CSB Net Banking Website
2. Click on "Click Here To Register" under New Users
3. Select the mode of registration and based on the option selected, you may follow the process as given below-

Self User Registration

1. Read the Pre-requirements and Terms & Conditions carefully by scrolling down
2. Select the checkbox to accept the Terms & Conditions and click on Proceed
3. Enter your Account Number, Date of Birth, Registered Mobile Number, Email ID and click on Next
Note: If you have not registered your Email ID with Bank, then the Email ID entered will be linked to your account on successful completion of the process
4. Enter your CSB Debit Card Details and click on Next
5. Set the Login and Transaction Passwords
Note: You can simultenously register for Mobile Banking also by setting MPIN
6. Enter the SMS OTP received on your registered Mobile Number
7. Enter the Captcha displayed and click the Submit button
8. A success message is displayed and you can login to Net Banking post a cooling period of 1 hour

CSB Retail Net Banking Login Process

1. Go to CSB Net Banking Website
2. Click on “Click Here To Login” button
3. Enter your User ID
4. Enter the Captcha shown and click on “Go” button
5. Enter your Login Password
Note: Virtual Keyboard can be activated by checking the checkbox "Enable Virtual Keyboard"
6. Click on “Login” button
7. Your CSB Retail Net Banking page is displayed

CSB Retail Net Banking Password Reset

1. Go to CSB Net Banking Website
2. Scroll down and click on Click to request link under Forgot Password
3. Enter your User ID
4. Select the mode for resetting password and click on “Go” button
5. Based on Option Selected, you may follow the process as given-

Reset Online using OTP

1. Enter your Account Number, User ID, Date of birth, Mobile Number, Email ID and click on “Next”
2. Verify details and Click “Next” if all details are valid
3. From the drop down select the KYC document linked with your CSB Account
4. Enter the KYC Document No.
5. Select the options for resetting password and enter new passwords.
Note: You may choose to reset only Login Password by selecting first option or reset only Transaction Password by selecting second option or you may reset both at the same time by selecting third option
6. Enter the Captcha shown on screen, enter the OTP received on your mobile number, enter the OTP received on your email ID and click on “Submit” button.
7. You may login with your new passwords after a cooling period of 1 hr

Reset Online using ATM card

1. Click on the link “Proceed”
2. Enter your Account Number and User ID
3. Verify details and Click “Next” if all details are valid
4. Enter the details of your CSB Debit Card
5. Select the options for resetting password and enter new passwords. Select a security question and set the answer.
Note: You may choose to reset only Login Password by selecting first option or reset only Transaction Password by selecting second option or you may reset both at the same time by selecting third option
6. Enter the captcha shown on screen, enter the OTP received in mobile number and click on “Submit”.
7. You can login immediately with your new password

Get Physical Copy of new Passwords

1. Select option to reset both passwords or login password alone or transaction password alone.
2. Enter your mobile number and email ID and click on “Next”
3. Enter OTP received on your mobile number and click on “Submit”
4. New passwords will be sent to your registered mailing address

1. Go to CSB Net Banking Website
2. Click on “Click Here To Login” button
3. Below the GO button, click on "In case you have forgotten your User ID , Please Click Here to retrieve" link
4. Enter your Registered Mobile Number
5. Enter your Registered Email ID
6. Enter your Registered Email ID again
7. Enter your Date of Birth
8. Enter the Captcha and click on Submit
9. Your UserID will be sent to your Mobile Number
In case more than 3 UserIDs are linked with your mobile number, then it will be send to your Email ID

CSB Net Banking - Balance Enquiry

1. In Accounts page, click Balance Enquiry in the left side menu
2. Select the Account from drop-down list
3. Click the button "Balance Enquiry"
4. Following fields will be displayed-
Name | Currency | Authorized Balance | Debits to be Authorized | Credits to be Authorized | Balance | Hold Funds | Lien Marked Funds | Uncleared Funds | Overdraft Limit | Amount that can be drawn

CSB Net Banking - View Account Statement

1. In Accounts page, click on Account Statement in the left side menu
2. Select the Account from drop-down list
3. Select the From Date and To Date (Transaction viewing is available for 3 months period only)
4. Select the type of transactions to be viewed from the drop-down list Show Transactions
5. Select the no. of transactions to be viewed per page from the drop-down list Transactions Per Page
6. Click on View Statement
7. Statement for the selected options will be displayed

CSB Net Banking - Mini Statement

1. In Accounts page, click on Mini Statement in the left side menu
2. Select the Account Number from the drop-down list
3. Last 10 transactions of the selected account will be displayed along with Account Name, Available Balance and Average Monthly Balance

CSB Net Banking - Account Statement Download

1. In Accounts page, click on Download Statement in the left side menu
2. Select the Account from drop-down list
3. Select the From Date and To Date (Transaction download is available for past 3 calendar years period only and at a time only 1 year statement can be downloaded)
4. Select the type of transactions to be downloaded from the drop-down list Show Transactions
5. Select the file type from the drop-down list File Type (If the file type is PDF then use DOB in the format yyyymmdd as password)
6. Click on Download
7. The requested statement will be downloaded as a file

CSB Net Banking - Term Loan Summary

1. In Accounts page, click on Term Loan Summary in the left side menu
2. Select the Account Number from the drop-down list
3. Click on View Details
4. Details of the selected Loan Account is displayed

CSB Net Banking - Average Balance

1. In Accounts page, click on Average Balance in the left side menu
2. Select the Account Number from the drop-down list
3. Select the period for which average balance is required (Monthly/Quaterly/Haly-Yearly/Yearly)

5. Enter the OTP received by SMS

8. You may now login to CSB Mobile+ using the new MPIN

Link Accounts for Online Banking

1. In Accounts page, click on Link My Accounts in the left side menu
2. Select the Account to be linked from the drop down menu and click "Submit"

Set/Change ATM Debit Card PIN

1. In Accounts page, click on Set/Change ATM PIN
2. Select the Debit Card from the drop-down list
3. Select the Request Type from the drop-down list
4. Follow the below steps basis the Request Type selected

1. Click on Transfer Funds from the top menu
2. You may choose to add a CSB Account Beneficiary or Other Bank Beneficiary using Account No or Mobile Number
3. Based your requirement, you may follow the process as given-

Add CSB Account Beneficiary

1. In the left side menu, under Manage Beneficiary, Click on Add CSB A/c Beneficiary
2. Enter the CSB Beneficiary’s Account Number and Beneficiary Name and Beneficiary Nick Name and Click on Next.
Note: Beneficiary Nick Name can be any name for easy identification of account.
3. Verify the details entered by you
Note: If you have to edit any details, you may click on Edit and go back to previous step.
4. Click on Submit
5. You will receive a notification that beneficiary has been added. Click on OK
6. On clicking OK, you will be automatically redirected to Beneficiary Activation page or you can directly click on Activate Beneficiary under Manage Beneficiary
7. Select the beneficiary you have added from the drop-down menu
8. You would have received a Registration Code in your SMS Inbox. In case you have not received then click on Generate Registration Code. If you still do not receive the code, select OTP to be received as SMS or over Call and click on Resend OTP.
9. Enter the registration code received and click on Confirm Beneficiary
10. You will receive a notification that beneficiary registration is successful. Click on OK.
Note: Fund transfers may be done immediately as there is no cooling period

Add Other Bank Beneficiary using Account Number

1. In the left side menu, under Manage Beneficiary click on Add Other Beneficiary
2. Select Beneficiary Type as Account Number
3. Select the Beneficiary Bank.
4. Enter IFSC if known, else enter city name and click Find IFSC.
5. Select Beneficiary Account Type and Enter Beneficiary Account Number, Account Name, Nick Name and Click Next.

6. Confirm the details entered by you and Click on Submit

2. In the left side menu, click on Standing Instructions
3. Select your debiting account from where you wish to transfer funds
4. Select the Transaction Type – Within Bank or Inter Bank or Own Account
5. Based on Option Selected, you may follow the process as given-

Standing Instructions - Inter Bank Transfer

1. Select the Beneficiary Type
2. Select the beneficiary from the list of registered beneficiaries
3. Select the mode of Transfer - NEFT or IMPS
4. Select Payment Frequency - Once / Daily / Every Month / Every Quarter / Every Half Year / Every Year
5. Select the start date for the SI.
The date has to be a future date. Past date or present date cannot be selected
6. You may go to Step - 7, if you have selected Frequency as "Once", else continue to next Step
7. Select the payment duration - Periodic or Number of payments
You may set the SI to be executed for specific number of payments or to run for a specific period
8. If “Periodic” is selected as Payment Duration, then set an End date or If “Number of payments” is selected as Payment Duration, then set number of times the SI has to be executed
9. Select the purpose of transfer
You may set your own narration by selecting “Others”
10. Enter the amount for transfer and click on “Next” button
11. Verify the details set on the next page and enter transaction password and click on “Submit” button
12. Enter the SMS OTP or MToken OTP and click on Submit

Delete Standing Instructions

1. Click on Transfer Funds from the top menu
2. In the left side menu, click on Standing Instructions
3. Click on “View/Cancel Standing Instruction” tab to view all SI set by you
4. Click on “View/Cancel” to view details of the particular SI
5. Click on “Cancel”
6. Enter a reason for cancelling the SI
7. You will receive a Success message on cancellation of selected SI

Make a Donation

1. Click on Transfer Funds from the top menu
2. In the left side menu, click on Donations/Offerings
3. Select the account from drop-down list
4. Select the donation type from the drop-down list
5. Select the organisation type from the drop-down list
6. Select the donation category from the drop-down list
7. Enter the required donation amount
8. For certain donations, the amount is prefixed and cannot be modfied
9. Click on Next button
10. Verify the details shown and enter the Transaction Password
11. Click on Submit button
12. Enter the SMS OTP or MToken OTP and click on Submit
Note: If SMS OTP is not received, you can try again by clicking Resend OTP or you may also request for a Voice OTP that would come as a call to your registered mobile number.
13. A success message is displayed with details of transaction

View Donation/Offering Transactions

1. Click on Transfer Funds from the top menu
2. In the left side menu, click on Donations Summary
3. List of Donations/Offerings made with Receipt Number is displayed

Set Transaction Limits

1. Click on Transfer Funds from the top menu
2. In the left side menu, click on Set Your Own Limit
3. Select the Channel (Net Banking or Mobile Banking) for which limit is to be set
4. The existing limit is displayed
5. Select the new limit required from the drop-down list
6. You may also set a custom limit by selecting Choose a different value. The custom limit should be equal to or below the max allowed limit.
7. Enter the Transaction Password and click on Next button
8. Enter the OTP received through SMS and click on Submit button
9. You will receive a success message and will be logged out of Net Banking for security reasons. You may login again.

Open New Term Deposit

1. Click on Deposits from the top menu
2. In the left side menu, click on eDeposit Creation
3. Select the source account from the drop-down list
4. Select the deposit type from the drop-down list
5. Based on Deposit Type selected, you may follow the process as given-
1. Fixed Deposit (FD) - Interest Payout at Regular Intervals
2. Cummulative Deposit (FWD) - Interest paid at maturity
3. Recurring Deposit (RD)

CSB ATM/CDM - Deposit Cash in CDM

1. Now deposit Cash 24*7 in any CSB CDM
2. Any of the below process maybe followed-

CSB ATM/CDM - Set New PIN (Green PIN)

1. Insert the ATM card
2. Select - Set New Pin option and click ‘Generate OTP’
3. Enter the Date of Birth registered with bank
4. OTP will be triggered to registered mobile number
5. Enter OTP then Set new 4 digit pin and confirm for ATM card

CSB ATM/CDM - Fast Cash

1. Insert the ATM card and Enter 4 digit ATM pin
2. Select Fast Cash option
3. Select any one of predefined denomination and withdraw cash (500/1000/2000/3000/4000/5000)

CSB ATM/CDM - Cash Withdrawal

1. Insert the ATM card and Enter 4 digit ATM pin
2. Select Cash Withdrawal option and type of account
3. Withdraw any amount basis on your account variant limit (Multiples of 100’s)

CSB ATM/CDM - Cash Deposit

• Now deposit Cash 24*7 into your CSB Account at any CSB CDM
1. Deposit Cash using Debit Card
2. Deposit Cash without Debit Card

CSB ATM/CDM - Cash Deposit using ATM Debit Card

Cash Deposit limit
Rs:2,00,000/- If PAN is linked to the account
Rs:49,900/- If PAN is not linked to the account

1. Insert the ATM card
2. Enter Four digit pin and proceed
3. Account numbers linked to debit card will be displayed
4. Select the required account number and confirm the account details
5. Screen will prompt to place the ‘Currency Notes’ in the Cash Acceptor Box
6. Amount deposited should be confirmed and more cash can be added up-to the limit
7. On confirmation cash gets credited to the account

CSB ATM/CDM - Cash Deposit using ATM Debit Card

Max limit for Card less deposit Rs:49,900/- per day
1. Click Card less deposit option and proceed
2. Enter 10 digit mobile number
3. Enter 18 digit account number and confirm
4. Confirm account details in the screen
5. Screen will prompt to place the ‘Currency Notes’ in the Cash Acceptor Box
6. Amount deposited should be confirmed and more cash can be added up-to the limit
7. On confirmation cash gets credited to the account

CSB ATM/CDM - Balance Enquiry

1. Insert the ATM card and Enter 4 digit ATM pin
2. Select Balance enquiry option and type of account
3. View/print balance of the account maintained

CSB ATM/CDM - Mini statement

1. Insert the ATM card and Enter 4 digit ATM pin
2. Select Mini Statement option and type of account
3. Print mini statement of the account maintained

CSB ATM/CDM - Change PIN

1. Insert the ATM card and Enter 4 digit ATM pin
2. Select Change Pin option
3. Set new 4 digit pin and confirm for ATM card

CSB ATM/CDM - Transfer Funds

1. Insert the ATM card and Enter 4 digit ATM pin
2. Select Others - Transfer Funds option and type of transfer (Own Account/Intra Bank/IMPS using MMID)
3. For Own Account/Intra bank transfer - Enter Beneficiary account number and Confirm the same
4. For IMPS – Enter mobile number and MMID of beneficiary
5. Enter amount to be transferred and select type of account

CSB ATM/CDM - Statement Request

1. Insert the ATM card and Enter 4 digit ATM pin
2. Select Others – Statement Request option
3. Enter and confirm mobile number registered with bank
4. Account statement will be sent to the registered mailing address

CSB ATM/CDM - Cheque Book Request

1. Insert the ATM card and Enter 4 digit ATM pin
2. Select Others – Cheque Book Request option
3. Enter and confirm mobile number registered with bank
4. Cheque book will be sent to the registered mailing address

CSB ATM/CDM - Net Banking Registration

1. Insert the ATM card and Enter 4 digit ATM pin
2. Select Others – Netbanking Registration option
3. Enter and confirm mobile number registered with bank
4. NB Passwords will be sent to the registered mailing address and User ID will be sent as SMS to registered mobile number

CSB ATM/CDM - Mobile Banking Registration

1. Insert the ATM card and Enter 4 digit ATM pin
2. Select Others – Mobile banking Registration option
3. Enter and confirm mobile number registered with bank
4. MB MPin will be sent to the registered mailing address and User ID will be sent as SMS to registered mobile number

CSB ATM/CDM - Stop Cheque

1. Insert the ATM card and Enter 4 digit ATM pin
2. Select Others – Stop Cheque option
3. Enter cheque number and reason for stop payment
4. Select type of account
5. Request placed successfully for processing

CSB E-PassBook - Registration Process

1. Customer has to type 'CSB ePassbook' in Play Store/App Store. Download and Install the app
2. Click on Register tab
3. Enter Client ID and Registered Mobile No. linked to bank account
4. Click on Proceed tab
5. For Registration, Mobile No. Validations needs to be done through SMS trigger from Registered Mobile No. (if multiple-SIM enabled device, select the SIM registered with the bank account for sending out the SMS)
6. Above details will be validated & OTP via SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number
7. Enter 6-digit OTP as prompted in the next screen and Click on Submit tab
8. If OTP is not generated, User needs to Click on Re-generate Tab to re-send OTP
9. Set 6-digit MPIN of the user’s choice and Re-enter 6-digit MPIN to Confirm
10. Confirmation Message is displayed – User Successfully Registered
11. User needs to Login using New MPIN
12. Upon successful validation, the App can be accessed instantly

CSB E-PassBook - De-Registration Process

1. User needs to Open the App
2. User needs to Click the link beside “Want to De-register Account” placed below Login and Register tabs
3. Select Client ID in the Delink Client ID window
4. Confirm Submission
5. After due validation, De-Registration request will be processed for the device

CSB E-PassBook - Reset MPIN

1. Click the link beside “Forgot your MPIN” in MPIN Entry Page
2. Click “Confirm” on Forgot MPIN window
3. OTP will be triggered via SMS to the registered mobile number
4. Enter 6-digit OTP as prompted in the next screen and Click on Submit tab
5. If OTP is not generated, User needs to Click on Re-generate Tab to re-send OTP
6. Set 6-digit MPIN of the user’s choice and Re-enter 6-digit MPIN to Confirm
7. Upon successful validation, new MPIN is successfully set
8. User needs to Login using New MPIN
