Green PIN

1. Forgot your ATM PIN

ATM PIN can be generated using;

(a) CSB Website:New

  • Click here to reset the ATM PIN
  • Enter your 18-digit Account Number and 16-digit Debit Card Number, Expiry date & CVV
  • Set your new 4-digit ATM PIN
  • Enter the security details & your ATM PIN will activate after a cooling period of 24 hours

(b) Any CSB ATM

  • Insert your Debit Card at any CSB ATM
  • Choose New/ Forgot PIN
  • Authenticate using your details
  • Set your new 4-digit ATM PIN & Confirm
  • Your PIN is set instantly

(c) CSB Mobile+ app: Log in to CSB Mobile+ app->Click on Value Added Services-> Set your preferred ATM PIN

(d) CSB Net Banking: Log into CSB Net Banking->Click on Set/Change ATM PIN -> Set your PIN instantly

2. Forgot your Mobile Banking MPIN? Create New MPIN using below options :

  • Click here to Generate MPIN Online using OTPs
    • Enter Account No. / USERID / DOB / Registered Mobile No. / Registered Email ID
    • Select KYC Type from the list and Select Required Channel Type from the list
    • Create preferred MPIN and Your Credentials will be activated in 24 Hours
    • Enter CAPTCHA & Click to send OTPs to registered mobile number and Email ID
  • In CSB Mobile Banking App :
    • Log into CSB Mobile Banking app
    • Click on ‘Forgot’ menu in pre login page of Mobile app
    • Re-generate using ‘Debit Card’. Your new MPIN will be activated in one hour
  • In CSB Net Banking :
    • Use Set MPIN option in you Net Banking dashboard and create MPIN instantly

3. Forgot your Net Banking passwords?

  • Click here to Generate Net Banking passwords using OTPs
    • Enter Account No. / USERID / DOB / Registered Mobile No. / Registered Email ID
    • Select KYC Type from the list and Select Required Channel Type from the list
    • Create preferred MPIN and Your Credentials will be activated in 24 Hours
    • Enter CAPTCHA & Click to send OTPs to registered mobile number and Email ID
  • Click here to Generate Net Banking passwords using Debit Card
    • Enter Account No. / USERID / DOB
    • Card Number/Expiry date and CVV
    • Set your preferred password
    • Enter Captcha and Submit

4. Forgot your UserID?

  • You can now retrieve your User ID instantly by sending SMS <GETUSERID> to 56161 from your registered mobile number
  • Alternatively you can also retrieve your User ID online .Click here to retrieve & You will receive your User ID as SMS to your registered mobile number.
