CSB Bank Net Banking Solution works best with Mozilla Firefox 120.0 or above, Google Chrome 130.0 or above, Microsoft Edge or above at 1024 x 768 resolution.
Note: 128-bit encryption will now be mandatory, for logging into Net Banking i.e. Cipher Strength of the browser must be 128-bit
Recommended Browsers & Settings:
- User Google Chrome 130.0 or above, Microsoft Edge
- Ensure Cipher Strength is 128-bit
- If the Cipher Strength is not 128-bit, click the 'Update Information' link in the pop-up to upgrade.
- If 'Update Information' link is not visible, update your browser manually to support 128-bit encryption.
Microsoft Edge typically updates automatically. To manually check for updates:
- Open Microsoft Edge
- Click the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top right corner
- Navigate to Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge
- Edge will automatically check for updates and install them if available
Troubleshooting Installation Issues
If you encounter problems during download or installation:
- Administrator Privileges: Ensure you're signed in as an administrator.
- Check for Windows Updates: Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update and install any pending updates.
