ATM - Value Added Services

Now sign up for CSB Net Banking and Mobile Banking services from any CSB ATM. You can also register for CSB Mobile Banking from any bank's ATM in India.

How to register

  • Swipe your debit card and enter your PIN.
  • Select Value Added Services from the menu.
  • Select register for Internet/ Mobile Banking & enter your registered Mobile Number.
  • You will receive your User ID on your mobile and Passwords (login and transaction) will be mailed to your communication address within 7 working days.

If your mobile number has not been updated, please visit your nearest branch to update the KYC details before you register for internet and mobile banking services.

Using this facility, now you can request for stop payment of your issued cheques.

Steps to follow -

  • Visit any CSB ATM
  • Insert Valid Account Linked Debit Card & PIN
  • Navigate to OTHERS > STOP CHEQUE
  • Enter correct Cheque No.
  • Select appropriate reason for cheque payment stop request
  • Select Debiting Account Type/ Account No.
  • Submit Request for processing

Using this facility you will be able to transfer funds to other CSB Savings/Current Accounts.

Steps to follow -

  • Visit any CSB ATM
  • Insert Valid Account Linked Debit Card & enter PIN
  • Navigate to OTHERS > TRANSFER FUNDS > INTRA-BANK TRANSFER
  • Select Debiting Account No. (if more than one account linked to Debit Card)
  • Enter correct CSB Beneficiary Account No.
  • Enter the same CSB Beneficiary Account No. for confirmation
  • Enter amount to be transferred
  • Select correct Account Type
  • Submit for instant process

Transaction Conditions :

  • Max Per Instance Transaction Limit Per Debit Card – Rs.10,000/-
  • Max Per Day Transaction Limit Per Debit Card (includes all fund transfer types via ATM) – Rs.50,000/-
  • Max Attempts Per Day Per Debit Card – Five (5)

Using IMPS (Immediate Payment Service) Fund Transfer facility, CSB customers will be able to transfer funds to other eligible bank accounts 24/7

Steps to follow –

  • Visit any CSB ATM*
  • Insert CSB Debit Card & enter your PIN
  • Navigate to Others > Transfer Funds > IMPS Money Transfer menu
  • Enter & Re-enter Beneficiary Account Mobile No.
  • Enter Beneficiary Account MMID
  • Enter amount to be transferred
  • Select Debiting Account No. (if more than one account linked to Debit Card)
  • Select your Account Type & Submit to place the Fund Transfer Request

Transaction Conditions :

  • Max Per Instance Transaction Limit Per Debit Card* – Rs.10,000/-
  • Max Per Day Transaction Limit Per Debit Card (includes all fund transfer types via CSB ATM) – Rs.50,000/-
  • Max Attempts Per Day Per Debit Card – Five (5)

In order to use IMPS facility to transfer funds to other bank account, you will need –

  • MMID of the beneficiary
  • Bank Registered Mobile number of the beneficiary

Mobile Money Identifier (MMID) is a 7-digit code issued by a participating bank to their eligible customers for availing IMPS service as a beneficiary. Every account will have a unique
MMID.
