Steps to follow

Initiate transaction request for Cardless Cash Withdrawal from CSBMobile+ App

Login to CSBMobile⁺ App with your valid credentials
Navigate to Main Dashboard > Footer Menu
Click on Cardless Cash button
Select your Debiting Account > Enter Amount
Create a temporary Cash PIN
Verify the transaction details entered, Agree to T&C > Confirm to proceed

Your Cardless Cash Withdrawal transaction will get initiated and details displayed on the App screen

Transaction Initiation Confirmation

You will get an SMS from CSB Bank with relevant details to your mobile no.
The transaction will be valid for a period of 3 hours since initiated.

Cash Withdrawal from CSB Bank ATM*.

Please visit any CSB Bank ATM/CDM and follow the below steps –

Click Cardless option on the ATM screen
Select Proceed to Cardless Withdrawal
Enter Exact withdrawal amount as mentioned in Mobile⁺ App
Enter Transaction Reference No. as received in the SMS
Enter The temporary 6-Digit Cash PIN
Cash will get dispensed on successful authentication of all the listed parameters
The entire amount needs to be withdrawn as a one-time transaction only

Manage Cardless Cash Withdrawal in CSBMobile+ App

Sender can check transaction details/status as per date range in CSBMobile+ App under Cardless Cash > Transactions
User can Cancel an initiated transaction which is under Pending status within 3 hours from transaction initiation.
Transaction Status will be categorised under

Processed – wherein the transaction has been successfully initiated and cash withdrawn
Pending – wherein the transaction has been successfully initiated and pending for cash withdrawal
Expired – wherein the transaction initiated has got expired due to breach of duration validity
Cancelled – wherein the transaction has been cancelled by the user
