1. What is CSB Mobile+ App?
CSB Mobile+ is a mobile based application that allows you to access your bank account(s) using a smart phone. You can view account related information, transfer funds, pay bills, schedule payments, make use of various add-on services, recharge your mobile and lot more using this application.

3. Which versions of handsets support CSB Mobile+?
Currently, CSB Mobile+ is supported on all handsets with the following Operating System: Android 10.0 and iOS 23.0 onwards
4. Are there any charges for downloading / activating CSB Mobile+?
The CSB Bank offers CSB Mobile+ free of charge to its customers. You can download and use this application as and when needed without any charges levied by the Bank. Your mobile operator may levy charges for GPRS/SMS used. Please check with your operator for details.
5. Can anyone else use my CSB Mobile+?
CSB Mobile+ is user specific. It requires a 6 digit MPIN code that is recognized by the Bank for any transactions via the application. It is a safe and secure process. For matters of safety you are requested not to share your CSB Mobile MPIN with anyone.
6. Can I use the older and the new application simultaneously?
You will not be able to use both the applications simultaneously on same or different devices.
7. Can I use CSB Mobile+ on two handsets simultaneously?
No, to ensure security of your account you can only use the application on one handset.
8. What is ‘Quick Pay’?
Quick Pay is a brand new feature added for your convenience. Now, you can instantly transfer funds to anyone without adding them as a beneficiary. Quick pay has been limited to a maximum amount of Rs.10,000 per beneficiary/day.

If the user has forgotten the MPIN he can get the MPIN by tapping on forgot MPIN option. User can generate MPIN:
10. What happens when I try to activate CSB Mobile+ on a handset which does not carry the SIM card of the registered mobile number?
The registration fails in this case, as your registered mobile number is required to activate the application.
11. I have a dual SIM phone. How do I register CSB Mobile+ on my phone?
In case you have a dual SIM phone, kindly ensure that the bank registered mobile number is selected as the primary number and is active. In case you are still unable to register, remove the 2nd SIM card from the device and place the registered number's SIM in the primary slot of the phone to register.
12. What if I delete/uninstall CSB Mobile+ from my mobile phone by mistake?
You will need to download the application again on your handset from Play Store/App Store

14. I am an existing CSB Mobile Banking Customer having User ID. Where do I get Customer ID?
Please note that your Client ID will be your Login ID which you can use to login to new CSB Net Banking and Mobile Banking platforms
15. How to get my Customer ID via Mobile Banking?
You can click on Forgot Customer ID menu in Pre-Login section of Mobile Banking and follow the process to Retrieve the Customer ID by authenticating yourself.
16. How to create my Mobile Banking App MPIN
You can click on Forgot/Create MPIN link in Pre-Login section of Mobile Banking and follow the process to Create/Reset MPIN
17. Best Practices for Setting MPIN for Mobile Banking
MPIN shall be 6-digit long | Last 3 MPIN shall not be accepted for MPIN Creation | Any sequential numbers shall not be accepted (example: 1234, 4321 etc.) | Any repetitive numbers (example: 1111,2222 etc.) shall not be accepted | Do not use MPIN which is common or easily identifiable.

No, you will not be able to login to Mobile Banking App using Net Banking Login Password
